The art of fairy tale telling, very vivid in Arabian countries by centuries, recently has fallen into decline. The fairy tale tellers, who used to gather full houses in restaurants and tea-shops and squares of Arabian towns, are losing now their last listeners in favor of movies, television and fast western style of life.

People don’t want to listen to fairy tales tellers. The last of them are telling their stories to small groups of faithful listeners in the last tea-shops of Syria, Lebanon, Egypt, Morocco.
